Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are all aware of Covid-19 better known as Novel Corona Virus which has created a huge scare all over the world and eventually it has come home to India.  Moreover the World Health Organisation (WHO) on 11th March has declared the Coronavirus outbreak - a pandemic.

Our Governments i.e., Central & State has advised us not to panic but definitely to take proper precautionary measures.  So here are a few simple ways to take care of ourselves as well as our family members and society at large.

1 Wash hands frequently with soap & water or better still with an
alcohol based sanitizer or hand rub.

2   Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
3   Maintain a distance of at least 3 feet from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
4   Cover your mouth with a handkerchief/tissue while coughing/sneezing.
5   Wear a mask if you are coughing/sneezing.
6   Seek medical help if you have fever, cough or difficulty in breathing.
7   Avoid public gatherings/physical contact.
8   A humble Namaste will go a long way than a firm handshake.
9   Most importantly stay informed and vigilant, don’t panic.
We request parents/guardians to be careful,
watchful and strictly follow the above guidelines.
